This SMS service helps a realtor follow up with rental leads, collect apartment preferences, coordinate apartment tours, and answer basic scheduling questions.

Information we collect

We collect the phone number you use to text us, your SMS conversation, and rental preferences you choose to share, such as budget, bedroom count, move-in date, pet needs, preferred area, and tour availability.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, recommend relevant apartment options, coordinate tours, keep a record of the conversation, and improve follow-up quality.

SMS consent

You opt in only when you request apartment information or tour coordination and provide your mobile phone number to the realtor. This may happen when you submit a rental inquiry or listing form that asks for your phone number and shows SMS disclosure language, when you give your mobile number directly to the realtor during a one-to-one rental conversation after asking for apartment help, or when you text the realtor first.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, no keyword, public form, billing state, or ordinary UI action can restore messaging. Any re-opt-in requires fresh evidence and a separate human attestation linked to the prior STOP record.
